Target Group:
Machine operators and prospective machine operators of concrete mixing plants.
Goal:
Using practice-based examples, master the daily challenges, identify the causes of changes and find solutions for compliant production.
Note:
Participation in this training serves as proof for the personnel involved in the production and production control (EN 206).
Today, the challenges faced by concrete machine operators are increasing.
Through regular interaction with operators during training sessions and inspections of concrete plants, it has become clear that many similar questions arise regarding control systems and production processes — and that practical solutions are in high demand.
The goal of this training is to support mixing foremen in managing everyday challenges more effectively by using practice-oriented examples. Participants will learn to identify the causes of production variations and to develop solutions for compliant and efficient production.
Achieving this requires not only a solid understanding of concrete technology and plant operation, but also confident handling of control systems. Since these systems vary between manufacturers, in-depth knowledge of the differences is crucial for successfully managing diverse tasks.
